Greetings from peoples' Vigilance Committee on Human rights(PVCHR).
Please find a news as attachment.
According the news," A young girl went missing on tuesday from her makeshift home at Gujjardara-Manzam in South Kashmir.She returned on tuesday and complained that she was kidnapped and raped by two armymen from Kherarbal Behal camp."
Police started the inquiry.It is a very serious offence of Human Rights.
Please take the case with Defence ministry of India and Government of Kashmir and Jammu for highlevel independent enquiry and appropriate compensation for confidence of Kashmiri people in rule of Law.
