The attached report is published in Punjab Keshari. The report refers to the state of primary education in Gautambudh Nagar. The students, according to the report, have not been able to get books although the new academic year has already underway.  

This is also a serious case of human rights violation.  On behalf of PVCHR, I request you to look into the matter and take necessary action.
