New Delhi.

Sir,

Greetings from PVCHR.

Please refer to the following news link and the attached report:  http://cj.ibnlive.in.com/fullvideo/cnnibn/166258

Shabnam Mansuri , a visually challenged lady was travelling from Ahmedabad to Goa via Mumbai by Kingfisher airline on 10th May, 2011. The first lag of travel to Mumbai was fine. However, when she boarded her Goa flight, just before the take off, she was asked to deboard the plane and was forcibly left stranded at the aerobridge, according to her.

This is a serious case of human rights violation.  On behalf of PVCHR, I request you to look into the matter and take action against the kingfisher airline.

With regards,

Dr. Mohanlal Panda
